Musical Comedies and Song Series

Ajemian and Newcomb have been writing musical comedies since their first, Hals Gals, in 1986. Since then, they’ve taken inspiration from Nathaniel Hawthorne, Louisa May Alcott, Grimms’ Fairy Tales, the 1950s, John Singer Sargent and Isabella Stewart Gardner, among others. Even Cinderella gets the (fuzzy) treatment.  Their shows have been produced in the Boston area and in the Midwest. See their Artistic Resume for more. They are currently working on their next musical.
